WARNING: Total Scam Shop. Avoid At All Costs! This place is not a real professional spa—it operates like a cheap, sketchy storefront that just wants to trap your money. I had therapist Lyn (Number 6), and her service was absolutely terrible. She was incredibly lazy, delivering a totally superficial, low-effort massage while completely skipping major items promised in the package description. They rush you through the process like an assembly line, and Lyn (Number 6) showed zero professionalism or care.To make matters worse, when I brought this feedback directly to the management, they did not take any serious action to remedy the problem. They completely dismissed my complaints and refused to make it right. It is completely dishonest to charge premium prices for a service that feels this cheap, only to be ignored by management afterward. Do not step foot in this place, and absolutely avoid Lyn (Number 6). Save your money and go to a legitimate spa instead!
