Course is great Property is great Caddies were good Management is broken Booked a tee time Showed up and was told, not teeing off 1 or 10 because "course is busy" Driven past 10th tee no one waiting - no one on hole. 16 no one there - insisted we start on 17 , only to arrive at 18 tee with two groups already blocking traffic Then waited on every shot. At registration, we were given our prepaid meal vouchers. Told we had until 5pm to use them 4:40 we finish and attempt to order. No food for us. Run like there is no one paying attention Sad Ruined our experience Happy to reevaluate if we were reimbursed.. But based on how everything was handled there today, not expecting anything. Beware - irony... they are selling villas for 1 - 3 million usd. Based on execution. Stay away

Had a great morning at this golf course, the course is a good challenge but fair, it was in great condition and as usual the staff at all the courses I have played in Vietnam have been wonderful. A warm welcome from everyone I met, my caddie gave excellent shot lines, I just didnt hit them. The course is a great design overlooking the sea on one side and mountains meeting you on the other.its about 40 minutes from the airport and the drive is scenic going past salt beds, little villages and greenery. If your in the area on a golf trip, make sure you add this to your itinerary, it's worth the drive I really, really enjoyed my morning.
