  Really enjoyed this property. The golf course is an excellent layout and was in great condition. Don’t understand why they don’t allow carts on the fairway though. They were dry and plenty healthy to withstand the light traffic. (Most groups were done and gone by 5pm.) Things to be aware of when golfing in Vietnam. The sport and golf courses feel like they’re still learning. Range balls are not included. Instead the charge $2.50 for 20 balls that look like they’ve been rolling around in a lake or worse. Warming up on the range is not automatic. You almost have to demand the opportunity. Don’t look for the usual conveniences like tees, ball markers, divot tools or yardage books. They don’t exist. Also don’t expect to buy logo wear in any of the pro shops. Selection is extremely limited and seldom has the club’s logo. Missed opportunity for sure to capitalize on visitors. Lastly, caddies almost never golf themselves. They are trained so nothing is instinctual. Some will be okay, some good but rarely great. They also treat you like it’s your first time golfing which is comical. “Go, go, go sir” will ring in your ear while driving no matter who’s swinging or where you’re heading. Lol

  The golf course was among the best in Nha Trang together with KN Golf Links. The layout and the greens was supperb all this was ended with a bad caddy service. She was on the Hp all the time and was talking while im on my backswing.. Even when ask for distance she stop for a few second and tell me the distance and continue talking on the hp. Very disrespectful She was texting on every hole when we were on the tee box while waiting. I hope the management enforce a strict rules on Hp and to only used it when on long stop while waiting and not while on the go. Overall we had fun with our friends on the golf course.   We experienced very poor (non-existent) communication from the golf club. We tried through several means (chatbot, email and Facebook messenger) to ask about transport logistics to the golf club. Unfortunately we never received any information from the club about how to access the course. When we were dropped at the land terminal building at the wrong spot, someone tried to sell us tickets for the cable car which included f & b. We didn't think that sounded correct so then we walked further in the wrong direction until I asked a security guard who pointed us in the right direction. After that, everything was seamless and we knew we were in the right spot when our bags were whisked from our shoulders and we were directed to the golf counter. So, for anyone reading this, the golf counter is at the far south/right hand end of the building. We were looked after very well and didn't have to touch our golf bags again until we were back at the land terminal after golf. Three other annoyances are that you have to pay for a bucket of balls before you tee off, 120,000VND - not cheap! (I've never been expected to pay before - this should be included with your green fee) and there was no separate ladies' locker room, so I couldn't use the lockers and had to change my shoes at the golf cart then back at the land terminal. It was also hugely disappointing that carts weren't allowed on the fairways even though the course wasn't wet and carts wouldn't have damaged the course at all. This made for a very tiring round in the heat and rainy season humidity. I slept for 15 hours after the round and was dehydrated and I think I also had a touch of sunstroke. I found my caddy Ly Ly surprisingly good, I was told to not expect much in Vietnam but she did show good course knowledge especially around the greens. Do take your range finder though. The course itself is OK. It has a good layout but it isn't particularly pretty apart from the bougainvilleas around it. Glad we did it, but wouldn't rush back.
