I stayed at Vin Pearl Resort and Spa Nha Trang Bay from January 13th to 17th. My room number was 6203. First name is Lee. I would like to file a complaint about this because I have an unpleasant experience in your resort during this vacation. If you check my first name and room number, you will be able to recognize the accommodation-related matters. When I made the reservation, I checked that no food will be bring in island. I went out for lunch and dinner in the city as much as possible. I also used room service when I didn't have enough time to way out or were bothered. You will find out if you check my room service payment details. I bought gifts(snacks, chocolates, dried fruits etc) for my friends on the evening of the 16th at Lotte Mart. I was going to take a speed boat for going to island. but I was stopped by a staff of Vin Pearl Hobour. I explained to the staff several times that it was a gift for my friends, but I only replied that I could not allow it due to the policy. After a 30 minutes scuffle, I was able to bring my friends' gifts in. But during that 30 minutes, everyone was entering the island with extra food. Finally, after missing boat twice, I was able to get on a separate boat after I got angry to staff. It made me angry and upset. There is nothing wrong with your policy, but if you made some policy, I think it should be applied equally to all guests. I'm sure this ridiculous situation(taht some of which are stopped, some of which are allowed) should not happen. This experience has completely ruined my precious trip, so I don't think I'll never make a reservation your accomondation facilties again. But I want to notify that fairness is very important to you. Don't miss your customers anymore with these issues. I sent you an e-mail, but you don't check and there's no answer, so I leave a message here If you don't give me an answer to this problem, I'll post it over and over again.
