I really liked the fact that we could travel just the two of us. Unlike large, factory-style tour companies, this tour was customized, allowing us to travel much more comfortably. I was also very grateful to Ms. Nakia for her passionate dedication to ensuring we truly enjoyed the trip. Our group tends to take a lot of photos, and she took this into consideration and took plenty of pictures for us. Most importantly, she made the trip even richer by sharing various interesting stories, such as historical anecdotes about Vietnam, without wasting any time. She taught us about the tipping culture, gave us tips herself, bought us drinks as a complimentary treat, and even boosted our energy to make the trip more enjoyable. I truly felt that she genuinely cared for her customers! It was a truly grateful time, not only for Ms. Nakia but also for the staff.
