  Elevators are always broken and it can legitimately take 6-12 minutes if you miss an elevator to go downstairs from the upper floors. Location is excellent to anywhere of interest around the city centre. Convenient store in the lobby. But the elevators and very old building need major renovations. Very noisy too. Hotel across the street plays open air band every single night until 11pm to 12 am.

The location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of the action, just a quick walk across the street to the beach and a couple of blocks from the vibrant walking streets. Highlights of our stay: * Service: A truly warm welcome from the entire team. From the receptionists and room service to the security staff, everyone was professional and kind. * Room Comfort: The hotel is well-maintained. Our room was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring our family had great sleep throughout our trip. * Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of high-quality Vietnamese cuisine—a great way to start the day. 💡 Suggestion for Improvement: To further elevate the guest experience and overall ambiance, I would recommend enhancing the lighting system.   This whole place feels like a dumpster disguised as a motel. Super dirty surrounding. Terrible food, not working ac and trash covered beach. Hotel personnel’s from front desk to wait staff treat guests as if they are prisoners. My family came to nha trang during in bad timing during a beach festival. Other decent hotels had no vacancy. So we were stuck in this hell hole. Never again. For $140 a night in nha trang we deserved much nicer.

  My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one week. When we arrived there was not one person greeting us or taking our bags. As we arrived at the desk there was not a warm welcome and we produced our passports to check in and were told they will hold them. I said absolutely not. This was a first ! Who takes your passport to keep. They call this luxury hotel but was not getting that feeling at all. The rooms are outdated and windows have a film of dirt on them . We had breakfast included. We went for breakfast and not once did anyone ask for your room number. The staff on the breakfast buffet and cleaning tables deserve a raise! I had never in my whole life seen such a display of people taking more food than they could eat and being rude to the staff. What a waste of food . You need to reevaluate how your hotel would like to be seen . It most certainly is not Luxury by any stretch. Start by customer service when people arrive. Truly disappointed.

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. This time, I stayed here for a company trip. The room was very spacious,more than enough for one person. All the amenities were well prepared, and the room was kept very clean. I was especially impressed by a staff member at the front desk named Phuong. When I told her that I wanted to rent a motorbike, she gladly helped and assisted me with everything. What moved me the most was that, based on my rental time, I would normally have been charged for two full days, which would have cost more. However, she negotiated on my behalf, and I was able to rent it for just one day’s rate. This was truly an impressive and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Luxury? Only think somebody can book in here for: 1/ few apartments in Nha Trang allows pets, and here allowed. 2/ Book for few days. If any of this 2 possibilities I don't understand why you want in here. Bad management, bad smells, long time wait for elevator, flooding in Parking -2 because bomb no work sometimes. More? Ahhhh yes if booking with real state next door Sanh 2, they will find all excuses for never more back deposit of your apartment. If all of this doesn't matter, this is your place

  Breakfast is not good. Especially coffee. And they don’t have any food for kids. I lost jacket from my room’s wardrobe. Location was good. I’ll never suggest this hotel to people. Receptionists are can’t speak in English. Very unhappy with this hotel. Not 5 star hotel, It’s like 3 star. (Maybe worse than that)
