  This was my third stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing compared to my previous visits. I honestly wonder if there has been a change in the management team, because the quality of service and the overall guest experience have declined significantly. The room was not properly cleaned. The floor was noticeably dirty, and the overall condition of the room felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than the premium resort experience I had enjoyed in the past. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. From the front desk team to guest service staff and even the ticket-checking staff at the entrance, many employees seemed unfriendly and lacked the level of hospitality I experienced during my stays in 2023 and 2024. In addition, our experience at WinWonders was frustrating. The waiting time for attractions was extremely long—around 2.5 hours for a single ride. Considering that the entrance ticket costs approximately 1,050,000 VND per person, I was surprised to find that guests are expected to pay an additional 200,000 VND per person per ride to access a faster queue. Under these circumstances, visitors can realistically enjoy only one or two attractions during their visit. My family and I chose to return for the third time because we had wonderful memories of our previous stays and expected the same high standards of service. Sadly, this visit left us feeling disappointed and saddened by the decline in customer service, staff attitude, and overall experience. I sincerely hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and make improvements so that future guests can enjoy the level of hospitality and quality that Vinpearl was once known for.

  We would like to sincerely thank the buffet restaurant staff and the housekeeping team for their outstanding service. We really wanted to try the Vietnamese pho, but it is traditionally made with pork bones. Since we are Muslim, we asked if it would be possible to have a beef broth version instead. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to personally prepare and serve it for us. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and were very pleased with the experience. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and for making sure that every issue we encountered was resolved promptly and with great care. Finally, we are grateful to all of the managers who helped make this possible. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable.   Solid 5 out of 5 stars! We had an excellent stay at Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang Bay. The food was outstanding, and dinner was a real highlight. I tried the salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. For breakfast, I had the bun ma pudding, and it was so good, easily one of my favorite parts of the stay. The reception team did a great job with everything, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I also loved the pool, the beach, and the overall atmosphere. VinWonders is amazing and made the experience even better. I especially want to thank My Anh at reception for her help. She did an awesome job and made everything smooth and easy. We did have one small issue with the bathroom in the hotel room, but it was minor and did not take away from how much we loved this place.   I had a pleasant stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa NT Bay. The hotel is beautiful and quite new, with spacious and very clean rooms, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was decent but somewhat limited in variety. However, the dinner buffet was better, with more options and a more enjoyable experience overall. During my stay, I did encounter a few minor issues. That said, the hotel’s customer service was excellent—they handled the situations professionally and efficiently. I really appreciated how well they managed everything, and it left me feeling very satisfied. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing getaway, especially thanks to the quality of service provided by the staff.
