  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious food. The menu changed almost every day, which made breakfast exciting and never repetitive. The rooftop swimming pool is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking city views and a fantastic atmosphere to relax and enjoy the skyline. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. The location is excellent—close to the airport and conveniently situated near the city center and local markets, making it easy to explore the area.   Everything about La Vela Saigon was so very nice from the location to the rooms to the pool. Wish I had more time to spend there and explore. Staff were super friendly. Is really an international hotel. Easy to catch a grab from to wherever. The room was so spacious. Carpet was a little worn and stained but it isn't a brand new joint. The bath was great. The balcony door was odd and the door should open inwards not out so there's room to walk. Amazing views from the room and pool.

  😂🦠 There must be something about me and mould... Stayed at La Vela Saigon Hotel, room 1116. Overall, it's a nice hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful 😊 But a few things let it down. 🦠 There was mould around the seals of the bathroom sink. Apparently I now conduct mould inspections everywhere I travel. 🔌 There are nowhere near enough power points. We ended up unplugging the desk lights just to use their sockets. Not ideal in 2026 when two people travel with approximately 47 devices. ❄️ The air conditioning also wasn't great. If you're someone who likes a properly cold hotel room, you may struggle a little. 📍 The location, though, is excellent. Good footpaths, lots of cafés and places to explore on foot, with plenty to see nearby. Nice hotel, great staff and a really good location. Just needs a little more attention to the rooms... particularly my new nemesis, bathroom mould. 😂

  Our stay at La Vela Saigon was such a memorable experience! The highlight of the hotel is definitely the stunning rooftop infinity pool — the views over the city are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset 🌇 The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern design that made it feel like a true 5-star stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Ho Chi Minh City and explore nearby attractions. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. That said, the pool area can get quite busy at peak times, and some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating. But overall, the experience, ambiance, and views make it well worth the stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Saigon — especially if you’re after that iconic rooftop pool experience! ✨

  Celebrated my Mom’s birthday here with the family. Unforgettable experience! Amazing service from Kimy at the front desk - from the warm check-in, complimentary cake and the countless recommendations that made our stay special. Beautiful hotel.
