I’ve ordered on Grab from here 4 times. The first time I had bibimbap with pork and kimchi and it was quite good, lots of flavor and a good portion size. I ordered 2 other times and had pork and squid stir fry once and spicy pork stir fry the other time, and those times it was pretty bad. Meat was very chewy and the sauce was thin, very oily, and lacking flavor, which was disappointing. I live less than 1km from the restaurant so the delivery was very fast at least, only about 20 minutes. The reason I’m giving 1 star though is mainly because of the 4th time I ordered. Around 8:10 pm tonight (a Saturday), I ordered the bibimbap with pork and kimchi again since it was good. But after 50 minutes the Grab app said the restaurant was still preparing the order and my original driver had canceled (when I placed the order, Grab estimated it’d take 20 minutes to arrive). I called the restaurant to see what was going on and it turned out they had closed at 8 pm! They told me how normally they’re open until 9 pm (both Grab and Google said they’re open until 9pm) but this weekend they started closing at 8pm instead. I guess they forgot to update Grab and Google which is such a dumb mistake honestly. While they apologized and said they’d cancel so I would get a refund, they didn’t offer to make it up to me in anyway, which is what a restaurant with good service would’ve done. Needless to say, after the poor food quality of 2 orders from here and then the screw up and bad service this time, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely the worst porridge I ever had. I had bad stomach so I needed something simple. The vegi porridge had mostly unevenly cut uncooked onion (probably rice:onion=1:1) with very little uncooked pumpkin, and very few countable sesame-sized carrot also uncooked (probably 20?!). No taste at all. You don’t make porridge for even animals this way. My gut’s usually pretty tolerable but I had really bad gas problem all evening and night on top of stomach problem. Thank you for that!!
