  This was my first and ABSOLUTELY LAST time at Boss KTV in Ho Chi Minh City. This is honestly the single worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life—not just in a KTV, but anywhere. The girl (name sounds like “Selera”) treated me with complete disrespect from the moment she sat down. I only asked her to play a simple drinking game (loser drinks), kept a respectful distance the entire time, and never touched her once—not even accidentally. In return, I got constant eye-rolling, zero enthusiasm, an arrogant attitude, and the clear impression that she couldn’t stand being at my table. On top of that, she kept leaving every 15 minutes to rotate to other tables. I understand this might be a store rule, but it absolutely does NOT excuse treating a paying customer so poorly during the time she was actually present. If a staff member doesn’t want to sit with a customer, she should say so upfront and be replaced—instead of staying, collecting payment, and making the guest feel utterly unwelcome and humiliated. I’m the one paying, yet I had to endure this toxic and deeply unpleasant attitude while getting barely any service. This isn’t entertainment or proper hospitality—it’s unacceptable treatment of customers. Boss KTV management needs to seriously improve staff training and screening. Experiences like this damage the reputation of nightlife in Vietnam. I will never return and will strongly advise everyone I know to avoid this place. Truly the worst experience of my life.

  A KTV with local young gals that accompanies you for drinks and songs. The price for a gal to accompany you will be around vnd1mil. Worth to give it a try. No photo or video allowed inside the premises.

  As a foreigner in vietnam, we were recommended this place by a local friend who we discussed prices with before going. As we arrived we were greeted and shown to our room. Everything was going well till we noticed that there were a few things going on that were dodgy. Through the night, we noticed there was a lot of food coming into our room that none of us ordered. They also tried to charge us a total bill of almost 40million. 15 of that 40 million was for food that we never ordered. They also tried to bump up the prices for other things including food and miscellaneous stuff. Would not recommend this place as they are a very stupid business who likes taking advantage of people.

  Prices are overpriced. Host manager hardly do anything and still expect tips. Hardly selling to get 2 hostesses per person. Karaoke system is lousy, both audio and video quality poor. Table overflowing with things we didn't order. Only good thing is the ladies are young and beautiful.

  It’s not good to come here. Price is extremely high, girls are only wanna money from you. One person 3 hours doing nothing need to pay 10,000,000. ( room, the fruit or the food they force you to order and the tips) Besides, outside the door are always an eyes look at you, feel very bad. Suggest not go. Only waste money. I’ll never come again.
