  Nice course and lovely clubhouse. Everyone at Leman was accommodating and making an effort. From the bag drop off to the caddies, they seemed to care. The restaurant is relatively decent compared to other courses around the city, and the course wasn't very crowded. The fairways were in solid condition and greens were decent on the back 9. A bit sandy on the front 9. However, I can't say it's the most exciting course. There weren't any holes that really stood out to me, and after playing here a few times I guess it would be the easiest course around Saigon. Still, had a great morning.

  Caddie #15!!! A 90 minute drive outside of Ho Chi Minh City will plant you on the newly constructed Vinpearl Leman golf course. The ride out gives you a sightseeing tour of a hustling and bustling city and as it disappears in your rear view mirror, you are greeted by farmlands and some insight into the quieter version of Vietnam. Like a good down swing, the transition is slow and smooth. Upon arriving at the golf course, you will be greeted by a friendly staff. The greeting received included a friendly welcome back, check in and instructions to move inside to be assigned a locker. The clubhouse and locker room are modern and dusted in elegance. The pro shop has a wide selection of clothing, golf balls and all the souvenirs you can imagine. Storing your belongings and changing into proper attire is a breeze. To be fair, 5 years from now the course will be an absolute gem. As it is newly built, trees are not yet a real threat to your game. I don’t think the same will be true a few years from now. The greens are pure, the tee boxes are well manicured, and the fairways are like plush carpet. There is plenty of water to make you think and rethink your shots, and the wind will be certain to surprise you on more than one shot per round (the breeze is welcomed, however, as it is hot). While the golf course is amazing, the round would have been nothing without the assistance of my caddie, Hân (#15). She greeted me upon my arrival, ordered food for me when she felt I was running out of gas, correctly estimated all my yardages, and was, easily, the best reader of greens I’ve ever met. Her demeanor was friendly, kind, and very empathetic to a weekend hacker like myself. At one point, while keeping score she thought I’d scored lower than i had. She commented, “Oh! I don’t remember your bad shots!” Hân even managed to get me to play on the newly constructed (and recently finished) 9 hole stretch of the 2nd 18. My experience was tremendous and the trip to Leman is well worth the day trip out there. Do yourself a favor, book the round and ask for Caddie #15, Hân; you will not be disappointed; and I will definitely be back.

  First time played here . They have super super awesome caddie. Especially my caddie which number 15 . She is awesome on the course and helped me recorded a lot of good contents. Recommend her.   Wow we had a terrific experience playing this impeccably maintained golf resort. Tees, fairways, bunkers and greens all sublimely maintained, not too mention the mowed striped fairways. Made a fair donation of golf balls courtesy of the rough and waterways but nonetheless a terrific fun experience.

  I am sure that in a few years' time I will be giving it 5 stars. For its young age, it is a very good course with lush fairways and solid greens. My compliments to the architect for the design. Very well done! What irritates me a little are the OBs, which are placed directly next to the paths (even within the course). The caddies were very friendly and well trained. There is still room for improvement here, BUT: they were very friendly and did not beg for tips. So I cannot share the impression given in other reviews and would disagree. All in all: it's worth getting out of the city!

  The golf course itself is well-maintained, but I am giving 1 star due to a serious issue with Red Invoice (Hóa đơn đỏ) handling at the clubhouse restaurant. I clearly requested a Red Invoice at the time of payment after lunch. When I followed up later, I was told that no such request had ever been recorded — which directly contradicts what actually happened. As a VAT-registered business, issuing a Red Invoice upon request is a legal obligation under Vietnamese tax law, not an optional service. Denying that the request was made is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of the billing process. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter and retrain staff on Red Invoice procedures. I will not recommend this venue for any business-related use until this is properly resolved.
