  This is a rare condominium located within walking distance of the Japanese school. The site area is 17.63 hectares. It is a large condominium with two 37-story buildings and one 39-story building, totaling 2,055 units. Perhaps because the sale price was relatively low, the rent for those who buy and rent is also reasonably low. Our company has introduced many Japanese families to this apartment. The reasons we recommend this place are: - It's close to the Japanese school, so you can get home early even after club activities. - Relatively spacious rooms with affordable rent. - The apartment grounds are large, providing plenty of play space for children to run around. These three points are key. It is especially perfect for families with children attending the Japanese school who also commute to industrial parks on the outskirts. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the furniture and appliances vary, as each unit has a different owner. Some rooms are clean, but others are dirty and lack maintenance. The property was built in 2017, so there's no telling when the owner might decide to sell to take a profit. You need to understand the owner's thoughts and temperament before signing a rental agreement. It's best to use a reputable real estate agency with long experience in Hanoi.

  Terrible service. I paid a lot of money, but the security guard did nothing to warn the noisy upstairs residents. They kept making excuses to avoid going upstairs to deal with the people on the upper floors, and on top of that, they hung up before I even finished explaining.

  Aside from the long elevator ride to and from work, and the lack of doors causing dust to accumulate in the laundry room from outside, making it impossible to clean the floor with water, there were no other inconveniences. The high ceilings and lack of noise between floors were actually better than in Korea. However, the parents didn't seem to mind when their children were running around noisily in the hallways, not outside.
