I've been here three times and been disappointed twice. The first time, the staff were very attentive and professional. The next time, staff member number 12 was unpleasant and angry with me. I had heard a lot about the staff here, so I tried again. This time I encountered staff member number 28. Although she was very cheerful and joked a lot, she kept talking about money, and when I said I didn't have any money, she lost her cheerfulness. I hope those who want to enjoy themselves don't encounter those two staff members. It was a terrible experience for me in Vietnam.

The receptionist is unfriendly, I think. Most of the customers are Korean, followed by Japanese. There's no show-up, but the girls are young and pretty. There's a safe in the room, so security isn't a problem. The service is like a soapland without the books. I don't think they rip you off. But I don't know for sure.
