  The whole place has a mix of nature and fun. The pool, rooms, and service were all great. The space and property is well kept and peaceful. One of the Managers, Mr. Chien, went out of his way to give us a great time and showed kind hospitality. If your looking for an all inclusive resort, this will fit that well. Not all restaurants or places were open the whole time. More is open on the weekends or when there's more guests. Expect to pay resort prices for food and drinks. The property and staff were really helpful when traveling with my son (toddler age). Has a lot of fun things for kids.

  We had such a wonderful stay at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort in Tam Đảo! We stayed in a private villa, which was peaceful, spacious, and perfect for relaxing with family. The atmosphere was fresh and surrounded by beautiful greenery — truly a great escape from the busy city. Breakfast at the resort was absolutely amazing. The food selection was diverse and everything tasted so good and fresh. We really enjoyed starting our mornings there. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely love to come back again.   Flamingo Dai Lai is one of the most beautiful resorts we've visited in Vietnam. Our villa was stunning, with a private pool overlooking a peaceful stream and even an indoor sauna. The resort itself is huge, green, and full of potential. Our stay started with some frustrations. The resort is very spread out, transportation can be challenging, and communication was difficult because many staff members spoke little English. As tourists without a Vietnamese phone number, arranging golf carts was not always easy, and moving around with two young children in the heat became tiring. However, after we shared our feedback through Google Maps, the management responded in an impressive way. They assigned us a staff member named Win, who spoke excellent English, gave us his WhatsApp contact, and became our direct point of contact. They also provided us with a private golf cart for the rest of our stay, which completely transformed our experience and made the resort much more enjoyable. They went above and beyond by sending chocolates, fruit, and even a thoughtful farewell gift at checkout. It was clear they genuinely cared about improving our stay. Some facilities could still be improved. The Kids Club is quite small and better suited for toddlers, many activities require additional payment, and the breakfast buffet could offer better replenishment of popular items. On the positive side, the kayaking on the resort's river was beautiful and relaxing, and once transportation became easy, we were able to appreciate the resort's natural beauty much more. The most important thing for me is how a hotel responds when guests encounter problems. Flamingo Dai Lai listened, acted quickly, and made a real effort to improve our experience. For that, they deserve recognition.
