  I took 90 mins 400K VND. Shop is not that upper class cleanliness like spa you expect. But ok since no need to take off cloths. Steps like wash foot->shaving->clean/massage face-> cut nails-> clean ears-> massage neck,shoulder, legs,arms -> clean face again-> move to 2nd floor to shampoo, dry hairs-> pay. Unique experience. Heard by the local that the local take this service for all family some time. Give it a try.

  35 VND for full body massage, shaving, shampoo, and tip. I took a taxi there right after arriving at the airport, worried I might get exhausted from the hot and humid air. (Grab 300,000 VND) The therapists provided meticulous service. The shave was neat, and the ear cleaning was good. They even gave us complimentary coffee afterward, which was great. The owner is Korean and very kind :)

  I've been to many barbershops in Ho Chi Minh City, but this was my first time in Hanoi. I stopped by on my last day after dinner before heading to the airport, and I felt refreshed and the service was great.   Even my 10-year-old nephew could do better than this. The staff were busy playing around, soaking their feet in cold water for a minute, roughly wiping them, and then cleaning up. Their skills were lacking. They got shampoo all over their ears, and they didn't wash their hands when giving facial massages, using the same hands they used to wash their feet. They got cream all over their eyes during the facial massage. They lacked both consideration and skill. My ears are pierced and I keep hearing tinnitus.
