  Very friendly, nice staff, nice pool, beautiful grounds. But! Everything is very poorly thought out; you have to pay for absolutely everything. Want to swim in the lap pool? Pay 100,000 VND per hour, but whatever. But pay for robes in a 5-star hotel. Are you serious? You have to pay to use the robes. Also, the hotel's payment system is terribly organized, which completely ruined our mood before departure. We paid a 2 million VND deposit, then bought drinks and food at the bar, and paid the rest by card at reception. Imagine our surprise when, upon checkout, we were told to pay again in cash, and they would refund the card. Okay, we'll stay longer and we have both VND and cash on the card, but what if people are flying out? Basically, it's terribly inconvenient. The breakfast food is decent, but nothing special, and at 9:50 they ask you to leave the restaurant. This is the first time we've encountered this; I've never seen anything like it, even in 3- or 4-star hotels. We won't be returning and won't recommend it to anyone.

  Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 3 nights in April with our young children. The biggest flaw in our opinion was there is NO Vietnamese food offered! Nor is there vietnamese salt or egg coffee at the cafe. There was western options at the pool bar, 2 Korean restuarants and 2 Chinese, but we thought there would have been a Vietnamese venue or even some banh mi etc even at the pool bar like our other hotels had. So dissapointing and we never ate lunch or dinner at the resort because of this. Breakfast was good though, big buffet with many cuisines offered. Great spacious and clean room, although beds were hard with flat pillows. The resort itself is great and staff were nice enough. It was HUGE in fact there was a lot of areas that were dark and not in use. Lovely and massive pool! And a great kids area - ball pit, play room, small play ground and water slide with splash area (just need to ask staff to turn water on the slide but they were happy to do so). Lifeguard staff around the pool were watching us like a hawk when I was swimming with my 2 kids which was a bit weird (despite the fact that they are confident swimmers and I was in arms reach at all time). Also the resort is not near anything at all, but we expected that and just used Grab to get around. Overall we had an ok stay and chose it because it was well priced, but probably wouldn't return to be honest. In hindsight we should have spent a little more and had a better property that would have "wowed" us more.
