Location isn't great. Most of the hotel is great value for money. Rooms are good and clean- though the pillows should be changed as this is a very humid part of the country and they absorb humidity and the smell over time. I usually never stay at Novotel because I find them to be overpriced Ibis without any upgrades in service. this one was noticeably different. Staff at the lounge was well-trained.
