Definitely an awful place to stay. The personnel is polite, but simply doesn’t give any duck about you as a guest. There was no water or toilet paper in my room. The state of the room was inadequately bad, specifically furniture, beds, and toilet equ, especially when you can afford much better aparts for this price of 300-350k. Please, make sure you avoid this place, they need to work much on their service before it becomes possible to stay there. I am pretty sure that owners are good and nice people, but if you want to spend time well, better consider another option
