  I had dinner celebrating my 35th birthday on my solo trip to Vietnam. The staff made sure I felt celebrated. The singer sung happy birthday and I got a dessert with a little writing on it. I had a great time with a beautiful view a special thank you to Thuong. The service she gave me was really nice! The food was not the best to be honest. The wagu (didn't really tasted like wagu) and the empanadas and the octopus were a bit overcooked and the food missed flavour, but nevertheless I enjoyed my night ✨️

  Had a great time enjoying a glass of 7 Bridges beer while sitting outside and taking in the beautiful ocean view. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Dao was very friendly and attentive. She came over to check on us and told us about the fireworks show happening next week, which was a thoughtful recommendation and made us want to come back. Great service, beautiful views, and a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!

  Had a wonderful experience on the third night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival. The buffet on the 27th floor was excellent, with amazing views, delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service. Special thanks to Dao for recommending local attractions and helping me choose the dishes. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

  I visited with my family and had a wonderful dining experience. We ordered the Jumbo Platter, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed four mocktails: Virgin Piña Colada, Virgin Mojito, Lucano Sunrise, and Le Jardin Mabelle. For my mother, we ordered two vegetarian dishes, which were equally tasty and well prepared. The beautiful view made our meal even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Dao, who was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and look forward to coming back again.

  I enjoyed a Long Island cocktail together with several dishes from the SNB menu, and both the food and drinks exceeded my expectations. I chose to sit in the outdoor seating area, where I could relax and enjoy the live music, creating a pleasant and memorable atmosphere. A special thanks to Dao, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic throughout my visit. Her excellent service made the dining experience even more enjoyable.   We were extremely happy with our experience. We were not staying at the hotel, but at the partner hotel in the city center. You can go there with a complementary shuttle in the afternoon and evening. The restaurant is on the 26th floor and you have amazing views. The food is well presented, tasty and a nice blend of cultures in fusion. The greatest compliments, however, have to go to the host, who also took our order and was very proactive in making sure we got a discount for our IHG membership. Sure, a meal here is 10 times more expensive than outside, but outside won’t deliver neither these views nor this particular type of culinary experience. We recommend 100%, also if you’re not staying at the hotel.

  We had an evening dinner, and had the most amazing service from Nhu, Huyen, Hien and Thong. The food was excellent and delicious. Would highly recommend the Salmon and Veggie Sushi. Thank you Voco and the excellent staff that served us at Ciela.
